Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 United States and shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing

Orders leave our fulfillment partner's warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery to the US typically takes 8-15 business days after dispatch. Orders that contain more than one product, including the Pawdock Clean-Up Kit, ship together in one box.

Tracking

You get one tracking number per order by email as soon as it ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

If your order has not arrived

If 20 business days have passed since dispatch and your tracking shows no delivery, contact us with your order number. We will trace the package and, if it cannot be located, reship it or refund you in full, your choice, at no cost to you.

Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, because our carrier does not serve them; orders placed with those addresses will be cancelled and refunded. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or an incorrect delivery address, but we will always help you locate your order. Questions about your delivery: contact us with your order number.
